Blood Type and Nutrition

Our blood type (O, A, B and AB) is a factor in how our immune system responds to our environment. Each blood type has its own unique nutritional needs and each blood type responds differently to stress. In this free webinar, featuring special guest Kimberly Balas, ND, we discuss why blood type is important to consider in selecting an optimal diet and supplements. Dr. Balas has worked with Peter D'Adamo and has years of experience and insights into understanding how to work with each of the blood types.  She shares her expertise with us in this webinar.

Acrobat Reader keeps telling me the file cannot be opened, as it is damaged and cannot be repaired.  I have tried downloading several times.

I just tried downloading both sets of handouts and they opened fine for me. Not sure why you are having problems. Also, I haven't had anyone else report a problem with the files, either, which usually happens if there is something wrong with the files.  See if there is a newer version of Adobe Reader you can download.  If not, I'll try something different.

Thanks for these handouts, they make it easy not only to take notes but as a fantastic memory jogger at at later date when sharing the concepts and dos and don'ts with others.

Thanks ever of for all you do for our education!

Was just on the webinar, but after about 5 minutes it ended.  Will it resume or be rescheduled?

What happened to the Webinar.....went dark after the first 2 slides (which never appeared on screen...only referenced in discussion)???  My handouts printed out just fine, however.

For everyone who had trouble with the webinar, my internet connection went down as the webinar was getting started. We had to reboot the system and start over.  The recording is uploaded.  Not sure why a few people are having problems viewing it, but sometimes, you have to restart your computer to get it work.  You also need to have something that allows you to view windows media player files installed on your computer.  My son is going to prepare an mp3 to upload so you can listen if you can't view it.

Today, I downloaded the handout and not one thing went wrong.  I didn't change one thing.  I do think I clicked on the upper link, instead of one of the smaller attachment links.  Oh well, strange.  Thanks for looking at it.  I enjoyed the webinar last night.

Taking this opportunity to thank you, Steven & Dr. Balas ,for the insightful webinar. The session was two hours of concise, relevant information on a subject needing a timely update, "eating right for your type".

Looking forward to attending more courses in the future.

Be well, Lynn

Thanks Steven! The new link worked great for the handouts. Unfortunately, could not open the recorded webinar, but enjoyed it the first time. After I got the handouts downloaded (after the live webinar), I wanted to go back with the handouts to make notes.

It was a great webinar and I really enjoyed it. Thank you to you and Kim for such great information.
